Description
These 3 hour sessions are part skills coaching and part trail riding. We cover the basics of body position, balance and weight distribution with some slow speed controlled skills, drills and games to improve handling and awareness.
Ideal if your child has tried an Open Session and they fancy getting out for a bit longer, or as a first try taster experience. Your child does not have to have been mountain biking before but we strongly recommend that they have ridden off road on a gravel track and/or grassy field, so they know what it feels like to ride lumpy bumpy stuff! The group will be out in the open for 3 hours so your children will need to be fairly accustomed to this if they are going to enjoy the session.
