We offer a bespoke service that suits your requirements, bike and budget. Standard labour rate is £50 per hour with a £12.50 minimum labour charge. You can find our servicing pricing and standalone job pricing below.
This is how it works:
- Book online or give us a call to book your bike in. We’ll try to accommodate walk ins where ever possible.
- Drop your bike and agree service or job with staff member. We’ll not always be able to give you an exact cost on drop off.
- We’ll assess the bike and give you a call with a suggested repair and cost.
- You agree on what you want done. We will advise you honestly with pros and cons of spending more or less, but ultimately the decision is yours!
- Once the price job is agreed we will go ahead, if we find anything else needs doing once we’ve started the job we’ll give you a call to authorise if it’s going to cost more than 10% more than the agree price.
- We complete the job and call you to let you know it’s done.
- We have a very small shop so would appreciate it if you can come and collect the bike as soon as possible.
- On collection we’ll take payment and run through the jobs we’ve done and advisories in as much or as little detail as you like!
We’ll turn round all jobs as quickly as possible. We aim to turn round all jobs within 3-5 working days, this is also dependant on availability of parts required.
