We think mountain biking is as enjoyable the first time as the hundredth. The first time you ride a trail your senses work overtime, feeling adrenaline, freedom and if you’re doing it right, a healthy fear! It teaches you discipline as you push yourself when the energy reserves run low. Motivation from your peers is key! With that said, mountain biking is best enjoyed in a group.
