You can spend the voucher amount on any of our products and services – Skills coaching for adults and children, guided rides, bike hire, new bike purchases and parts and accessories.
You will receive your voucher and presentation gift card within 5 working days by post. Alternatively, if you are in a rush we can email the voucher code to you. You need to request this in the order notes on the checkout payment screen.
Terms and conditions
– Gift vouchers are valid for skills coaching, bike hire or products in store.
– Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash but should be treated like cash.
– We will not replace vouchers if lost or stolen.
– Terms and conditions for all our products are available online. Please make sure you have a read and agree to them.
The following terms are for voucher booked skills sessions:
– You must book and schedule your session prior to the expiry date or it is void. Coaching is subject to availability so be sure to book in good time.
– Cancellations with a voucher will be accepted up to 10 days prior to the session. You will have the option to rebook for a later date.
– Cancellations with less than 10 days notice (or failure to attend) will not be entitled to a refund or reschedule.
